Hampton has been my home for 30 years. Why? After searching for an ideal home, in an ideal community, we discovered Hampton. Just north of the Baltimore beltway & Goucher College, Hampton offers easy access to major roadways, 5 minutes to prime shopping, 20 minutes to downtown Baltimore, 30 minutes to Thurgood Marshall BWI airport, and minutes to golf and tennis. Hike & bike trails border Hampton in the Loch Raven watershed. Homes range in price from $400,000 to $4 million + and lot sizes vary from .40 acres to several acres. Most lots are approximately one acre in size. There are approximately 550 homes in the various sections. This is the home of the Historic Hampton Mansion. Streams meander throughout the area. These streams were my children's favorite spots for crayfishing and seeking critters! Wildlife is abundant with an assortment of birds in our bountiful trees. |

Most homes are stone or brick ranchers with some colonials and an interspersing of cape cods and split levels. Many homes have been greatly improved or awesomely rebuilt.
